The only true notary public service in the entire Moscow-Pullman area. Without Sheila I would have had to pay ridiculous amounts of money to a law firm just to get a few stamps.
Super helpful. Gave us options that would work for us. Cares about her customers and makes sure they don’t get overcharged for services. Would definitely recommend.
Sheila is amazing! I had to go down to Moscow for a work matter and none of the Notary's who could travel were returning my calls. Sheila was very open and mobile around my schedule. With the slight problems I had on my end (cause nothing ever works smoothly) but she was phenomenal and patient, and always had a smile as well as helped my client understand and be calm by talking with them while I was away dealing with some other matters.
