Overall great experience during regular services but need mention that they truly stepped up and accommodated me in a time of dire need

Terrible 1st (and last!) experience. Apparently they need 3-4 days turnaround (a day or two longer than most reputable dry cleaners), they charge nearly $3 per shirt (50% more than what I've paid previously for dry cleaning, albeit in Houston). When I went to pick up 23 dress shirts on their due date (3-4 days after they were dropped off), they had only 7 shirts finished - with no ETA on the 16 remaining shirts. Dropped my leather jacket off on a friday December 13th. Was told it be cleaned and ready for pick up on Wednesday the 18th. Then was told it be ready on Thursday the 19th. Then today on 19th was told it had to be sent to a leather place and could take 3 or 4 weeks. So why was I told that in the first place? Wasted a week of my time when I could have went somewhere else. So much for having a clean jacket before the holidays and heading out of town
