Kim and Michelle in Sheila's office have been wonderful to work with on this claim! They handled everything with efficiency and professionalism, without losing the friendly personal touch they are known for. The young lady named Karee at State Farm was excellent too. She was professional, efficient, and patient working with us to settle the claim.
