You are not allowed to talk to the office an call center answers and will not transfer my calls to the office. I am never get an appointment when I call them they tell me to go to urgent care.My impression is they don’t care about their patients .
What is going on with this Doctor. I have been wait8ng to be seen and eventime I'm about to go to the appt. I get a call that i have to reschedule. Been waiting since March and got rescheduled 3 times till Sept 5th. Todsy i get a call and was told that i can't be seen and the earliest appt would be next year in June. This office is a joke. Do NOT schedule your appointment with them. I had brand new insurance January 1, 2023. I called to make an appointment and I was told I couldn’t be seen until April with the nurse practitioner so I set my appointment. In April I got a call back telling me that since I’m a new patient I cannot see the nurse practitioner so I was rescheduled for May 22nd with the doctor.
