The staff and the dr were thorough, kind and engaging
I am so excited I found Dr. Pongnon, finally someone who listens and understands my concerns.
SHE WAS VERY NICE. I WAS A LITTLE ANNOYED WITH HER WHEN I FIRST MET HER BECAUSE OF APPT. TIMING ISSUE. I APOLOGIZED TO HER BECAUSE IT WASN'T HER FAULT.
