I hired Sheila to help me with a private sale of my house in to my long term tenants. The FSBO paperwork was a bit intimidating and I wanted to make sure there were no issues with disclosures and the purchase agreement. Sheila offered a very fair flat rate for sale by owner package, which was significantly cheaper than paying high commissions to a realtor. Sheila did an easement for my rural property in San Mateo County in Northern CA. This work is very detailed when dealing with the County. One must make sure that you are properly profiled including: Trust and Wills ID's, surveys and County requirements. The source docs are all in advance of the actual writing of the easement. Sheila did all the work very professionally and efficiently. It was a pleasure to work with her and get this task done. This wasn't her first rodeo!

Sheila Merchant helped us with a private sale of a house Coastside in the SF Bay Area. She was very thorough, responsive and accurate, as well as cost efficient! We had some issues with timing on the sewer lateral work and Sheila stayed on top of everything and we closed on time, we were very happy that we engaged Sheila and highly recommend!
