We were referred to Dr. Fountain for alternative medicine for my sons high level adhd. She was great at getting to know my son and he enjoyed his appointment with her. One of the suggestions she gave us to help with his adhd was giving him a magnesium supplement, we chose gummies, yo see if it helps. We tried them and it has been a night and day difference with his ability to focus, slow down, and maintain a positive attitude every day! I would highly recommend any parent to her if alternative medication is what you prefer.
