My husband and I feel deeply disrespected by the repeated long wait times we've experienced with Dr. Bonilla. On our second-to-last visit, we waited over an hour with our daughters—ages eight and five at the time—before they were finally seen. Our older daughter became so upset she began to cry. Frankly, we were incredibly grateful that both children managed to remain as patient as they did under such stressful circumstances. Unfortunately, today’s visit was no better.
