The Best of the best. I never felt like I was at a doctors appointment. It was like speaking to a friend who was checking on me and how I was doing. I really enjoyed and appreciate my experiences here.. Sheila is so compassionate, engaged, and you can clearly see she loves what she does. (and so great at what she does) It meant a lot to me as a young adult to have a positive influence/lifeline in my life ; who actually cared about my well being and with zero judgment. 10/10 recommend

I have known Sheila for over 20 years and she is the best there is! I have never met a more kind and compassionate person. She listens intently and gives great advice! I highly recommend her.
