The entire staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I called the office. Dr. Poetti was very patient with me and explained my treatment options clearly. She took the time to address all my concerns and made me feel heard. I am very confident in Dr. Poetti 's expertise and the quality of care I received.
I have been going to Cloverleaf Dental for about 4yrs now, they offer professional services esp with their dental technicians and their receptionist are very helpful and friendly. My experience with Dr Sheila last Thursday was a nightmare! I went in for a fill-in: Dr Sheila showed up with a needle about to inject my gum, I then asked what it was but she yelled at me to keep quiet. That was very unprofessional of a Doc. Excellent professional care and attention to my individual needs. Every time I m in for a cleaning I leave smiling and laughing because the technicians and physicians make the experience so pleasant.
