Sheila is amazing, a real miracle worker! I had had massages before, or so I thought, but they were little more than superficial sessions that gave me some relaxation but had little lasting effect. Sheila is a truly gifted massage therapist! Her office that is located in a beautiful, tranquil and comfortable historic Bedford building. I have had many massages because of back issues and Sheila is the cream of the crop, she knows her stuff and can explain anything she is doing and why if you are interested.
