Dr Bagchi is kind, thorough, and informative. I never feel rushed during my visits with her. She listens to my concerns and always meets me where I am at. I genuinely feel like she cares about my well being and I am not just a patient. Dr. Bagchi always takes time to explain and answer all questions in detail. Dr. Bagchi is very professional, smart and personable. I always feel well taken care. Office staff is always ready to help and answer questions. My phone calls and emails are always responded to in a timely manner.
