Felt very unheard and rushed, was told at 30 years old that not being in chronic pain is NOT a realistic goal. For 10 years this Dr has told me I need to just learn to deal with pain. Since that time I got multiple second opinions, had multiple unusual pathologies diagnosed and addressed and have found significant pain relief through other avenues. It is a shame that she is the first stop for people in pain yet people like her really don't help people in pain
Dr Dugan was great took her time explaining everything to me and asked many questions . Highly recommended
So good and so very personable with great bedside manner. Very thorough and included me in the planning as well as hcw from another facility.
Dr. Dugan has a substantive knowledge base in treating pelvic floor issues. Her explanation of my personal situation as well as treatment options far surpassed my expectations. She provided complex Information in a way that I could understand it.
