This is a complaint about the staff. His Staff is the worst you will ever meet. If you want care go elsewhere. The staff is so bad here they do not know how to do simple things. I have been waiting for 4 months now for the office to get medical equipment for me . I’m writing this review because I am still waiting. This is absurd!!!
2 hour wait everything. No hands on exam. Just talks.
How rude and incompetent the office staff are.
Very poor bedside manner I was there for an appointment this morning Because I have allergies and I smoke They could not See me Due to code safety rules that didn't upset me It did however kick up my severe anxiety trying to control my anxiety I was trying to speak with the nurse dominance practice in our was supposed to see came out 3 things very rude very disrespectful and unwilling to listen or answer questions OK so that's 4 It wasn't the covert factor that upset me it was the treatment and behaviour Especially when they... read more
Wait time excessive and no hands on exam. Very personable but office wait times at least 45 minutes and longer.
I have been a patient receiving outstanding care from Dr. Zia Sheikh since he opened a practice in Salamanca. He has saved my life and negotiated care coordination for me even when I was out of town and hospitalized. His attention to details of my medical history and tests is astounding! I highly recommend him to you and also celebrate his amazing nursing staff, especially Cathy. She is warm, and knowledgable and accessible for all client matters! The offices are clean with parking.
