First time patient, from the moment I walked in the door, I had a bad feeling. I wasn't welcomed with a smile or care. It was also very HOT & uncomfortable in the entire office. The staff appeared overwhelmed and stressed. I worked several weeks ahead to have all of my records transferred and prepare in advance; however, it was clear they weren't prepared for my visit.
