I feel compelled to share my experience with Sheidow Park Family Practice in the hope that it prevents others from going through the same ordeal. Incompetence in Patient Care Despite attending appointments with legitimate health concerns, I received minimal support, rushed consultations, and what appeared to be a lack of even basic medical diligence. Dr. Rammal is one of the few humble doctors I've met in the short time I knew him (as a patient). Has a good ear for listening with a talent for solving problems and differential diagnosing.

Poor service by receptionist. Rude, unknowlegable of booking service, wrong information given. Will be reporting higher
Rude receptionist!!! I had stiches in my foot, put in at Flinders ED Was told by them to book in at my local GP to have them removed. When booking my appointment the lady snapped at me and said, you should be going back to who ever put them in, and made comment that the cost should fall on them not us, and there will be a gap you need to pay. I have no problem paying to have them removed. But the fact that this out of touch receptionist, expected me to go back to Flinders and clog up the emergency department to remove stiche... read more
