Best Indian food in Hamilton. Every dish is fantastic. Onion baj and all of the tandoori dishes are excellent. The chicken madras and lamb vindaloo and absolute perfection!
We’ve been visiting Shehnai for over a decade, and have always had a great meal, never been disappointed. Their lunch buffet has an offering of really great dishes, but the goat curry, tandoori chicken and butter chicken along with naans are our faves, consistently flavourful and freshly made. I've ordered the biryani with chicken from this restaurant twice now through SkipTheDishes, and both times the food was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, and the rice was perfectly cooked — no complaints there. However, I did notice that the portion of chicken is quite small compared to the generous amount of rice.
