My child booked for a cut and the stylist no showed and didn’t call. Thats so unprofessional They were also rude when asked if anyone else might have time since they were already there. Edited to address reply. There was zero attempts for anyone to contact them if someone had reached out they wouldn’t have shown and I wouldn’t have given you one star. TJ, the owner of the shop, has been my stylist for a decade or more and he has ALWAYS gotten it perfect. Can't begin to say how great his work is, not to mention his personality. The shop is immaculate and chic and each stylist's area is their own. TJ really turned this location back into a powerhouse!
