I took my vehicle to Sheffield Collision for repair after an accident, upon recommendation of a family member. Hands down, this was the most professional collision center I have used, and I have used a few over the last decade! From the initial drop off, Ally kept me informed of correspondence with insurance company, the estimate of repair, time to repair, etc. My car was completely repaired in less time than quoted, and my car was beautiful! Beware! I will change my review once I'm able to get a response from the owner. They charged me and my insurance to fix and replace parts that they did NOT FIX NOR REPLACE. Update to come.

Great work Thurston. All timetables meet. Explained in a clear, precise way what was to be done to my CRV. Price was hard to beat. Exceeded my expectations. Customer Service is second to none. Would definitely return if other issues come up. Thanks again Thurston

I needed a new passenger side mirror and rear door handle on my pickup truck.Sheffield's collision center ordered them for me. My air conditioning was blowing out hot air. On the day I was to going to have my a/c checked somewhere my check engine light came on. So I called Sheffield's to see if my parts had come in and mentioned the other issues and they said "bring it in". I did and they fixed everything while I waited.. Couldn"t be happier. Great service. Always call Sheffield's first.
