I coldn’t be happier with the work they did. the quality of work exceeds my expectations. The entire staff was friendly and professional I highly recommend this body shop.
The work they did was great, but as for communication it was poor. I dropped off my car with them due to a leak on the driver side. I told them when I dropped it off that I was going out of town on Thursday. That if I needed to get a rental car while they were working on the car that I was COMPLETELY fine with that I just would need an estimate for about how long they’d need it for. Awesome customer service and communication. Their work was amazing. My truck looks better than it ever has because of them. Sheffield Collision went above and beyond by helping me color match my camper shell to the truck. Will be recommending Sheffield’s to everyone! Allie and Hayden were great to work with!
I brought my 2019 Nissan Altima there to have the rear suspension fixed and was quoted $850 when I brought it in for them to look at it then when I brought it back to have the work done they went up to $3,400 well make a long story short the car got repoed from there and nobody from there never called me to let me know that my car was picked up instead they called the police and convinced them that I stole my car after services were done and had a warrant taken out on me but they never called me and said my car was done or s... read more
