About a month ago one of the maintenance workers removed the neighborhood sticker from my car with a razor blade and damaged the glass on my car. Weeks ago I reached out to the neighborhood manager to resolve this issue and there has been little to no communication. Not only is the glass on my car damaged, but they left it like that until I discovered it. Not a apology or anything… I’m still waiting to hear back
The Board Members and Property Manager do not respond to emails or help with issues. Tennant on the top floor of my apartment unit bathroom leaked in my unit . That tennant was not responding to my request to fix the leak and to fix my bathroom ceiling as well. I tried reaching out to the board for some assistance with no luck. Its been 2 years and now thete is mold in my unit. I had to pay out of pocket for mold testing and a plumber. Also had to pay to have the ceiling fixed.
