They drag to take care of stuff and don’t let you know when policies have changed. They are quick to take money but slow to do their job.
The Sheffield Voice are poisoning what was a great place to live. Please STA stop giving into these two men who are causing issues for the rest of us. I have been here for more than 30 years and I'm very disappointed in the property management. They waste money and care for the property very poorly. Last week they heavily salted all the streets even though there was less than 1 in of snow and the temp where rising well above 32 degrees and sunny. I also noticed that due to the PM using fertilizer and weed killer in August when it's to hot and dry. The worst home owners association ever! I am disabled with crippling back pain. I tried to talk to them about how the downward slope from my backyard had caused me severe back pain when I took my garbage cans out when there was snow on the ground! I was hurting severely from the first attempt! I now have to take dirty cans through my house. I leave them by the front door until the wheels are no longer wet!
