I placed a mail order with Sheffield because I wanted a specific glaze - Holly Green. I live far away so I made up their minimum shipping order. When the box arrived it had all the items EXCEPT FOR THE ONE ITEM WANTED. There was an OS marked on the invoice next to Holly Green. No notice in advance of not having this product. I sent an email to Sheffield's service email and got no response. They may be good if you can drive there, but I will avoid ordering mail order from Sheffield again. Unreliable. Untrustworthy.
