They were only there 10 minutes, charged me the whole hour for service at a rate of $178 an hour and had to come back 30 mins later to refix it. A running toilet cost me $227 that included a 5% discount. The repairmen were nice and the service was good, but their labor and product prices are extremely high. I cannot afford to use them again.
I wanted to take an opportunity to write about the services I received from Sheffield Plumbing. We had MAJOR sewer line issues back in January of 2026. We first contracted Chris to handle the issues when a much larger issue was detected. We had a tree whose roots managed to penetrate our drain lines and also damage the connection from our sewer line to the city main sewer lines.
