Been with this GP 4 years, always easy to get appointments and staff are helpful. Cannot fault give such a small team here.
Nasty receptionist who threatens to hang up and doesn’t understand their own practices rules. Says online you can receive an initial appointment over the phone, she says you have to come in face to face to give details the nhs already has on me first, and then to get an appointment. 2 weeks later. Clearly just can’t be bothered, asked for help deferring unprofessional and rude, aggressive even as she claimed me stating she’s not hearing English right as racist, after not listening to a word. I moved to this practice nine months ago. What a breath of fresh air! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Appointments and phone queries dealt with promptly and efficiently. Excellent clinical advice and appropriate treatments. Kindness and respect in all circumstances.
