There was a Somali woman at the reception when I asked her for help she said some words in Arabic as if I did something bad to her, I didn't like that and it was very annoying, she thought I don't understand Arabic, I just asked her to come to the window and see what I have so I don't make a spelling mistake because my English is not good, I asked the people in charge there to follow up with the staff.

Been with this GP 4 years, always easy to get appointments and staff are helpful. Cannot fault give such a small team here.
Nasty receptionist who threatens to hang up and doesn’t understand their own practices rules. Says online you can receive an initial appointment over the phone, she says you have to come in face to face to give details the nhs already has on me first, and then to get an appointment. 2 weeks later. Clearly just can’t be bothered, asked for help deferring unprofessional and rude, aggressive even as she claimed me stating she’s not hearing English right as racist, after not listening to a word.
