As a Marshall fire survivor, I am so happy to work with Sheffield. The pre-contruction preparation took about one year, but Sheffield managed the house rebuild in 10 months with great condition. Nicole and Jason are great to work with. They certainly addressed our concerns and questions during/after the construction in a time manner. We have been back home about an year, we didn't see any significant problem of the house. I highly recommend Sheffield.

We contracted Sheffield to rebuild our home after the Marshall Fire. This is the only scenario where we would have built a custom home, and it was complex under the circumstances, but we are very happy with the final result Sheffield worked with us to build a custom home with features we have never had previously and we are happy with the design, quality, features, and finishes in our new. Sheffield was great to work with on every front when we rebuilt our house after the Marshall wildfire. Great people, attention to detail, flexible. Listening. Customer-centric superintendents, Like Bob Lopezi and Felipe. Supportive and effective project manager (Nicole). The financial VP (deb) was always so knowledgeable and helpful.
