Moved into a new construction where Sheffield Heating & Cooling installed the unit. Called to arrange annual maintenance. Representative was pleasant and efficient. Also, Sheffield Heating & Cooling was recommended by my daughter and son in law who use them also.
My AC went out on a hot day. It was a Saturday and I could not stand to sit in my house without air conditioning. My only other alternative would be to go to a hotel with my pets. I decided to call the AC company early in the day. They came out and serviced my air conditioner. The motor had gone out. Yes, it was expensive, but it would be expensive no matter who you called. These people were good, provided good service, cleaned up after themselves and gave me a fair price.
I’ve been with Sheffield Heating & Cooling for several years now and I’ve always been pleased with their technicians. They are always timely, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with whenever they come. Would recommend Sheffield Heating & Cooling to anyone looking for a heating/air company.
Dan and the team came to our house and did a great job getting the heat back on. They even stayed extra late to make sure that the job got done right and that all systems were running properly. These guys did 1st classwork. The second time we used this group for HVAC work and they did a great job. This time we had a duct added to our bathroom to finish a renovation in our bathroom. Again they did a great job.
We are very impressed from day one up to the end of our transactions. We can recommend them if anyone of you are looking for new system, like AC or Furnace. We are very happy and very please for our new system. We want to thank Greg, the tech and all his staff. You can trust and depend on him.
