Terrible customer service. We bought a grandfather clock in Sep 2020, they delivered the clock in Mar, the clock doesn't even work, they don't even give us the key, the delivery guy was in a hurry to get out of the house, didn't show us anything. If you think that is the only delivery problem, then things should be better after we contact customer service, but until today, nothing is fixed, the clock still doesn't work. it has been more than 3 months, this is unacceptable, every time we asked them, they said, someone is comi... read more
