I would like to take a moment to recognize Jennifer at VA Shoals for the assistance she has provided me. Her responsiveness, competence, and willingness to help have made a real difference. She always makes an effort to make things easier for me, especially when it comes to the logistics of my appointments. I truly appreciate everything she has done for me, and I hope her supervisors and leadership know what an asset she is to the VA Shoals team.
Nice, clean ,bad friendly staff. They all care about the vets.
