Amazing
Our insurance company organized them to fix up my car after an accident. I made a mistake during the initial quote, they sorted it out with the insurance company and tidied up some paint that had deteriorated on the hatch ontop for a reasonable price. FIVE STARS. WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ANY WORK related to panel and paint. And the man in reception gave me some excellent advice for some faded panels unrelated to the job. What more could you ask for.
I just wanted to share a quick little summary of my experience with Sheffield Crescent Panel & Paint. I have visited this Business twice, and both times i left with a bad taste in my mouth due to the poor customer service. The receptionist made me feel belittled and like i wasn't important and or welcomed there. They acted like they didn't want to be there and didn't want to do their job. Not happy with the service and workmanship. Even though my car been heavily rear ended, they didn’t replace or straighten the tow bar. I had to take my car to the original tow bar installer and get them to straighten it. They also did a bad job of cutting the hole in the bumper cover where the tow bar tongue comes through. They have made one of the parking sensors faulty and now it constantly beeps for no reason. The reversing camera is now misaligned and potentially not connected properly.
