My 19 year old daughter was referred here by 111 as she was very unwell - high temperature, vomiting, unable to eat for days, and had lost her voice. I accompanied her to speak on her behalf, but the consultation was extremely disappointing. Although the doctor carried out a check, his manner was brusque, dismissive, and entirely devoid of compassion or courtesy. Attended today with an ear infection. Excellent service lovely staff
I waited five and a half hours, despite the supposed three-hour wait, only to be seen by a clinician who literally could not help me and told me to go to my own GP. As if I would be sitting in a walk-in centre if I could actually get an appointment with my GP. This was an outrageous waste of my time, energy, and patience. The whole place is chaotic, overcrowded, and unhygienic, with disruptive people wandering around and making it impossible to feel safe. I am beyond frustrated and appalled. Took our Aunty who is 93 to the walk in centre in Sheffield who has been having a bad time at the moment , we saw a clinical nurse called Amanda we were there about 2 hours with Amanda There was no rushing we were made to be feel comfortable , l can’t praise Amanda enough she was brilliant Very professional Just want to say to Amanda Thankyou so much x
If I could give zero stars I would , very disrespectful and rude to people who suffer severe mental health absolutely appalling disgusting attitude in the wrong job if that’s how you talk to patients I’ve put a complaint in you won’t see my name on your system but if you check your complaints you will see today’s complaint 14/09/25 Honestly people come to this place for a peace of mind absolutely appalled
