This is a very mixed review. The centre is always at the mercy of who happens to turn up and when. It can get very busy snd frequently does so. Waiting times of 3+ hours are not uncommon. Masks are available for those who want them... and when I went there were at least three people with really bad coughs, no doubt spreading germs to everyone else. Be prepared for a respiratory infection of you visit the centre: the risk is greater than a GP surgery simply through the large number of patients attending. The real downside is ... read more

Wouldn't give it 1 start sat waiting in a waiting area for 2 hour to see a dr only about 25 people in an to get told another 1 or 2 hour b4 see doctor so we'll b sat her 4 hour we suspected shingles place is a joke should have just took her to children's may have been quicker we 100s in waiting area

Shout out to the staff at the Sheffield Walk-in-Centre …. went to meet a family member who was experiencing a difficult asthma attack on the back of a chest infection. On arrival, the place was extremely busy, no vacant seats, with people queuing at the desk! staff were clearly working hard, in difficult conditions to get people assessed and treated ASAP!
