Clean toilets and helpful staff.
Waited about 2 1/2 hours, which was the only downside, however it was at the weekend. Received a very friendly and helpful service once seen.
There was a two hour wait. But I waited longer. Jack the receptionist is very nice and staff are very helpful. Was very busy in the evening. And the water machine was broken. But I can’t complain with the service . My doctors can never see me. And I suffer with health problems. So appreciate the walk in clinic when I’m unwell
I know there must be real stresses and challenges running and working in a front-line city centre clinic like this (the street drinking detritus outside and the security guard stationed inside tells its own story) and I truly sympathise you guys have a tough job in really hard circs. But I was sent there by 111's phone doc (I really expected / wanted phone call advice, never even asked to go to an emergency walk-in facility and didn't know until they rang to tell me the address) for a medication & symptoms review at the week... read more
Very slow, short of staff and doctors Average waiting time more than hours. Reception staff service levels are not professional.
