Waited about 2 1/2 hours, which was the only downside, however it was at the weekend. Received a very friendly and helpful service once seen.
There was a two hour wait. But I waited longer. Jack the receptionist is very nice and staff are very helpful. Was very busy in the evening. And the water machine was broken. But I can’t complain with the service . My doctors can never see me. And I suffer with health problems. So appreciate the walk in clinic when I’m unwell
I know there must be real stresses and challenges running and working in a front-line city centre clinic like this (the street drinking detritus outside and the security guard stationed inside tells its own story) and I truly sympathise you guys have a tough job in really hard circs. Very slow, short of staff and doctors Average waiting time more than hours. Reception staff service levels are not professional.
Came in for my 10 year old, was told 2.5 hours, was happy to wait. 5 hours later and I was being told its still a few more hours. Doctors seem to see 1 patient an hour. Children are left with no fresh water no food and no form of entertainment for hours upon hours. This isn't a walk in centre, its a pray to God the doctor randomly picks your name out of a hat
