I had a terrible experience at this shop. The alignment was done in less than 5 minutes only, and it didn’t fix the issue at all. When I returned after a test drive and told them it didn’t fix anything, the mechanics refused to redo it or even check it out again, saying his job is done it might be another problem. On top of that, he charged me $80 (( cash only))- After the job, I asked him for an invoice, but he refused, saying they don’t have, then they said no invoice since I paid cash. Very disappointing alignment service. It took only about 10 minutes, the steering wheel is not straight while driving—it pulls slightly to the right. I explained this twice, but they insisted everything was fine and refused to fix it. They also said there is no warranty after leaving, unlike places like Canadian Tire that offer around 90 days. If you have a valuable car, go to a dealership or a reputable place. I do not recommend this garage or similar ones
Very bad experience. I visited him and he did wheel alignment, but he didn't do a good job, after two month of driving, it damaged two new tires in the back and I changed the tires and did alignment again in another place.
