The technician is a great guy, he came to my house to explain the entire process before I hire him. He took care to lay down protective carpet and covered his shoes when inside the house. Cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent and made sure to seal everything and ask us if we had any questions. He was polite, prompt and professional. Sheffield Air Duct Cleaning Menasha's technician was really thorough. He cleaned all of our return vents from both inside and outside the home, as well as the crawl area. The amount of garbage that came out of our ducts astounded me! Before he departed, he swept the interior of the sections where he worked and cleaned all of the return vent grill covers. His rates were far lower than those of other contractors with whom I've dealt. He is deserving of ten or more stars.

I booked an online appointment for air duct cleaning at our property and was scheduled for the very next day. I could not have been more satisfied. John was very professional and had great customer service skills. He answered all of my questions and took time explaining what was going to be done along with recommendations. He was on time and took COVID19 precautions. His team was wonderful as well. I will definitely use this service again, and request that John and his team come back.

We received really great service from this company. Excellent communication ahead of time and on the day of the service. We had a chimney cleaning and for the first time in almost 40 years of home ownership, we were not told that our chimney needed thousands of dollars in repairs. The only recommendation was that we get it cleaned more often. The technicians were very professional and left everything in perfect condition. We will definitely use Sheffield Air Duct Cleaning Menasha in the future.
