We had an emergency repair needed, and Tom was there next day as promised, on time, very respectful, and as others said, knowledgeable and helpful in sharing his knowledge. Thank you Tom, we will keep your number! And the water is turned off while we’re away! lol
Tom does not accept home warranties. He partially unclogged a bathtub drain that cost me $225 out of pocket--on top of the $1800 I spent on a home warranty. He literally said it isn't his fault he doesn't accept home warranties--but he sure didn't mind gouging me over it. He also doesn't carry any change, and literally made me overpay him. Being a disabled veteran who uses USAA, I don't have any bank checks. It's also the 21st century! Now I'm out $225 PLUS dollars, and I had to fix the damned problem myself.
