Tom does not accept home warranties. He partially unclogged a bathtub drain that cost me $225 out of pocket--on top of the $1800 I spent on a home warranty. He literally said it isn't his fault he doesn't accept home warranties--but he sure didn't mind gouging me over it. He also doesn't carry any change, and literally made me overpay him.
