I'm so thankful other people started reporting this doctor. I went for a routine ear wax extraction some time ago and she used an instrument to dig in my ear, further impacting the wax against my ear drum. I was in EXCRUCIATING pain for days, and she told me to use over the counter ear drops to "loosen it". I went to a more experience doctor after a week of agony, and he easily removed it. Excellent doctor, staff and service!!! I've been going to another ENT regularly for years. Happened to need to see an ENT this week and my usual doctor couldn't see me. I saw Dr. Shah this morning and had a wonderful experience. I will be seeing Dr. Shah from now on.
If I had option I would give zero score! She is definitely not a qualified ENT doctor!!! In my first visit she was rushing and impatient, she even forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I had to call her to remind. When I asked her the possible reasons for my symptom, she told me just take the pills! In my second visit I asked if she could do a vestibular test for me. I read reviews on Google about Dr. Shah, but I still made an appointment. After 3 visits, 2 in GC and one in LB for some quick tests, I can categorically say that going there was a complete waste of my time. The second time I saw the Dr. she said " nice to meet you!' I assume she does not read her notes. On my first ever visit, I explained my shopping cart full of ear/sinus/hearing complaints.
