Since 2018 we started with RMA with Dr. Rybak who is under paid and most dedicated we have ever had and we made the worst decision to move to Dr. Shefali M. Shastri because of Dr. Rybak full scheduling and timing, we were advised that she was the best, which is completely false (stay away from this doctor BELIEVE ME!) Rybak is a better choice as he took his time to explain every detail and not just run through it like we already know. I saw Dr. Shastri in the Springfield office and her team welcomed me with such warm hearts. I actually felt like a patient rather than a number. It was my first visit and I felt good. Dr. Shastri is very knowledgeable and honest. Her nurse was also very helpful and caring. Front desk was just as amazing.
