Dr. Shastri is truly amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a gift for explaining complex medical situations in a way that patients can genuinely understand. Throughout my time under her care, she was always kind, compassionate, patient, and reassuring. She made me feel safe during an extremely emotional process, and I always knew I could trust her. I’m so grateful to have had her as my doctor and I know so many patients will deeply miss her at RMA.

Since 2018 we started with RMA with Dr. Rybak who is under paid and most dedicated we have ever had and we made the worst decision to move to Dr. Shefali M. Shastri because of Dr. Rybak full scheduling and timing, we were advised that she was the best, which is completely false (stay away from this doctor BELIEVE ME!) Rybak is a better choice as he took his time to explain every detail and not just run through it like we already know.
