I always feel comfortable with Dr. Shah and I think she's a good doctor. I would recommend HER. However, the front desk staff at this practice leaves something to be desired, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. I've had a number of weird things happen: 1) calling the office during business hours and getting a message that says the office is closed. 2) Not receiving any apt reminder 3) Leaving a phone message and never getting a call back
Always feel comfortable with her. She is very nice !
