Dr Docrat doesn't care about the patients well being, worst care received at this practice especially when I was going through the worst time in my life had excruciating back pain. I didn't get any support in fact Dr Docrat written lies on one of my forms just found out now as I have moved to a different medical centre and got access to my medical records.
Honestly best surgery by far in Leicester. Reception team , Doctors, Nurses and HCA all are great. Please continue your amazing work!
A largely positive experience of the doctors, nurses and reception staff. Always have tried to help out where they can, good responsive doctors and some good locums recently, some good moves to a proper answer system with waiting rather than constantly ringing to get the same engaged tone, decent online request system, I would recommend some training for all staff on customer service to improve themselves. I think the appointment system could improve too as sometimes wait time are long even though you arrive early.
I would rather give no star.. never picking up the calls... And if we go to go there's no one in the que. Still not answering the call. How are we supposed to know about the confirmation of the appointment.. ridiculous
