Genuinely terrible customer service and reception. Was given an appointment here and they wouldnt help because I wasn’t “registered”.
Very Rude and no good communication, they call my wife and ask to provide NHS number while is the first time to register to NHS, when I explained that's why she came to register to get NHS number, she told me that UK migration border they have to provide NHS number for her and then they told me to register my wife where I registered. I think they don't know what they are doing.
Very rude and not helpful,I tried to book an appointment they would not book for me and they hung up on me!!! The worst NHS GP IN the whole uk.i think.

Trying to get an appointment at this surgery is like getting blood out of a stone. If you work full time it’s even harder, as you can’t book appointments in advance. I have had mixed experiences when finally seeing a dr here, ranging from very good to very poor.
