Very disappointed for not getting what I paid for! How do you order a crispy chicken breakfast sandwich and the CRISPY CHICKEN isn’t even on the sandwich! Oh and when you call…. No answer then it just hangs up on you! Also cappuccino machine, broken.
I was absolutely was devastated with the customer service at this location. A worker by the name of “Yajaira” was the woman who took our order and I was very disappointed to see she got the order wrong for my workers and me, when confronting her she got all defensive with a horrible attitude towards me and my workers. Then she refused to retake our order and make it right which was when the manager I believe came and apologized and made it right. Will not go here again and that worker Yajaira should be fired.
All the employees at this Sheetz are top notch and provide great service to the local community. Good MTO that’s always busy!
