The customer service is horrible! My food was sour and they didn’t even seem to care! Will never recommend sheetz to anyone!
They got a bathroom when you need it!
Had a horrible customer service experience there yesterday and put a complaint in the survey website from the receipt and literally just got a call only telling me that they're forwarding it on to district management but that there won't be any follow up. That shouldn't be how these things are handled. The call was pointless and apparently answering yes to the question about whether I wanted a follow up was therefore just as pointless. I ordered a double order of Mac-n- cheese bites in my Appetizer sampler and only got 5 pieces. I also ordered mozzarella sticks and got 3 pieces.

I always get my gas there and donuts, sometimes. I did have a card but not any more. I like the cleanliness of the store, the fresh meats, the fresh coffee, friendly employees and good prices
Couldnt wait to get a walking toco but no. Just wasted my dam gas. Turned right around. ��������
Worst place to get food or anything went there today and saw coffee creamer all over the floor and all they did was put up a wet floor sign and ignored it
Whitehall Sheetz is amazing!! I am there literally every morning. The staff is always pleasant. But this morning they went above and beyond. I went to the register to pay for my usual mtn dew and power bar only to discover i didnt have my debit card. The lady behind the register (wish i knew her name) said dont worry about it she would cover my $5 dollar bill and all she wanted was for me to pay it forward.
