Nicest ppl at drive thru. Pros in back making delicious food!
I've gotten French fries up here so many times that have been cold, (barely warm) and have reported them too, that I WON'T ever buy another fry from there. And, for my taste, I think they are way OVERSALTED too. And yes, the drive thru lane is a big gas waster . When it first opened up, I was in line for 21 minutes and 22 seconds. I see the quickness of the service has picked up considerably, but you can still get your food FASTER by GOING into the store.
No matter the time or day of the week; this Sheetz drive thru has the worst customer service. From being told there is no Diet Dr.Pepper that can be substitute for the regular Dr. Pepper (because someone doesn't want to walk over and get it) or taking 10 plus minutes to make a basic coffee; it just goes to show that there is no work ethic or company pride. I hope the corporate office see this and does something about it; because the store manager does not care (have brought this up several times to her).
The drive thru is a great concept- but when you wait over 8 minutes for a coffee and you are the only car in the drive thru- waste of time!!!
