I called the company in September of 2024 to have my gutters cleaned. There was a huge gap without any communication. A crew of men showed up at 10:30 this morning (March 12th 2025) without even scheduling an appointment with me or calling before they arrived. Since I never heard back from them, I took the time to clean the gutters myself for a couple of hours this week. I did agree that the guys could clean the opposite side of the house. Everyone was very nice and they had all my gutter downspouts in black. I had some tree damage and they had everything.
Nice people, when they show up. I called in July of 2024 for a simple gutter clean out. I am of the age when I don’t get on roofs any more. By late September, they still had not shown up, despite 2 more phone calls and the owner’s personal assurance that someone would be out in the proverbial “two weeks.” Hurricane Helene showed up before Sheets did; my gutters overflowed, and well, as they say, water always wins over basements, walls, and everything else. Good luck to you if you’re counting on their service.
