Dr. Rao is truly the best physician I have seen in my 62 years. This is the first time I have not been hesitant to share all concerns. Dr. Rao is attentive and caring. She will listen carefully and discuss clearly what needs to be done. She is always on time and I never have felt rushed. I have recommended my family and friends. So thankful for this brilliant doctor and great person.
Dr. Rao showed me the utmost care and respect in a difficut time. She listened to all my concerns and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I am so grateful to for Dr. Rao's kindness and to finally have a good primary care doctor. Always make appointments in advance, as this office gets very busy.
Such a horrible experience. I'm a dental resident, I have crazy busy schedule, called the office to get an appointment because of a lot pain I had. I talked to Dr. Rao's nurse and front desk to get an appointment and they gave me one was so inconvenient for me and my family but I had to take it because I needed to see doctor ASAP.
