At..oak street health 3360 north walkins memphis Tennessee!.my mother has not had her prescription filled in months! If she has a stroke or worse,we all will be filing a malpractice sue. And petitioning the memphis dept. of health and human services! About her reviewing her license.
She covers her patients problems makes a plan and backs them up with labs. Very pleasant.
