Absolutely the WORST doctor and one of the most unbearable women I’ve had the displeasure of speaking with. She’s totally UNFIT for her job and should be nowhere near a patient. She does not care about you. She will ignore your problems, forget your prescriptions, and ignore your concerns when you have them. She has no information to give patients and immediately refers them to other doctors. She’ll be happy to get paid of your scripts though. Stay FAR AWAY from Windham and this women specifically. Dr. Ali has been my PCP for the last five years. She is knowledgeable and caring. She took the time to write to my insurance company twice requesting authorization to cover a very costly prescription (and succeeded in getting it approved!) She is a wonderful doctor that I would highly recommend. The office staff is always helpful and pleasant, too!
This was the worst doctor experience I’ve ever had. The office staff was uncaring and dismissive. Over the course of three months, I was repeatedly sent for stress tests, ultrasounds, and an MRI with no answers. During this time, I lost 25 pounds in just two months and was experiencing tremors. After doing my own research, I suspected a thyroid issue and had to demand that my thyroid be tested. The day after the blood work was done, I ended up in the ER, where my blood pressure was 144/98.
