Paula Goodwin handled my case, and she did a fantastic job. Over the course of my case (most cases take several months because the system is very slow at handling these) i met with her only a few times when having to sign things because not having a driver's license and having to travel over 20 miles, she made it easy for me, did much of it over the phone, and she literally handled everything for me.
