I always have such a wonderful experience at Sheer Skin & Spa! ✨ I get dermaplaning facials, and my skin feels absolutely amazing afterward—so smooth, soft, and refreshed! The entire experience is relaxing, and I felt so comfortable and taken care of from start to finish. You can really tell Vero cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Well, I did a thing and treated myself to a facial at Sheer Skin Spa with Veronica. All I can say is 10 stars! It was so relaxing. The spa is beautiful, decorated in my favorite colors, and has such a calm, peaceful atmosphere. Veronica was wonderful—she explained everything she was doing throughout the treatment and is a very knowledgeable, smart lady. It was absolutely money well spent. Poor communication/customer service. I’ve been calling them for a couple of weeks already. They never pick up the phone. I tried DM them through instagram and don’t even answer. I don’t get why you put in the caption on your page to call or message for more information when you all don’t answer. I am very disappointed.
