One of the worst broker experiences I've had. No assistance during transit, no response to calls or emails, and a complete lack of professionalism across the board. It’s beyond frustrating—even giving 1 star feels too generous. Holan, Ryan and Brenden who states he was fired as soon as I booked this run last monday I’ll be leaving a detailed review on every relevant platform to make others aware of how poorly this operation is handled. Zero accountability and zero support.
They dont pay for loads almost 90days past they claiming that they sent check to factoring and it was chased but are not providing proof. If you did lowes loads from reno,nv we should file a lawsuit aginst them
Avoid this broker. They have now gone to AI when trying to book loads on the DAT load board
Garbage company. Day 42 and no payment. AP says it "might get paid next week." Imagine if we delivered your freight 20 days late.... Stay away!
