Amazing Day Spa – I usually have trouble relaxing and enjoying down time, but at Sheer Bliss the calming and friendly staff makes this possible even for me. I receive services in waxing and getting manicures and pedicures and each time it is a fun and relaxing experience. The staff is always oriented around my needs and not to mention the high quality of their services. I wouldn't choose any other spa!!
Best Cut and Color – The best hair salon in Durham, North Carolina. I have never seen more talented hair designers any where else. I have received more compliments on my hair cut and color, people just love it and so do I. My hair looks like I stepped out of a magazine. I will not go anywhere else. The customer service was superior!!
Great hair styling and nice ambience – For someone like me who doesn't get their hair styled very often, and was ready for a big change, I made the right choice on this salon. The stylist really listened to me and then ran with it, giving me a great new look and very natural color. A very friendly, professional, soothing atmoshpere, very unhurried. Nice staff, many who have been with the salon for a long time. Got a great eye brow shaping and pedicure too. This non-chain, local business is a real gem.
Awesome place – I just have to say that there is not a lot of places that focus on customer service anymore. This place is one that focuses soley on the customer and their needs. Amazing facial experience – This by far was the most amazing facial I have ever had. From the time I walked into the spa until I walked out, the attention to detail was fantastic. I was treated exactly the way you should be treated at a day spa. You are truly pampered. The facial experience was one of a kind. Poor appointment management – I made a spa appointment for my wife as a Valentine's Day present. I made my appointment at the time the gift certificate was purchased. The staff was friendly at the time of purchase. However, upon my wife arriving for her appointment, she was told her appointment was nowhere on the "books", and was rescheduled for later this month. Definately Sheer Bliss! – This is by far my favorite day spa. I have tried others in the area that don't compare to this one. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly and talented staff. I have received all services from nails, haircuts and styles to facials, all positive experiences. What a nice, clean and relaxing place to visit!
Friendly, professional, genuine – This place is absolutely amazing! Very clean. organized and on the ball. I went in to have my hair done and ended up booking a facial, manicure and pedicure. This place does it all...and they are GREAT. If you want the best, you should come here.
