If zero stars were an option, I'd choose it without hesitation. The level of disrespect I've experienced is beyond belief. This establishment seems only interested in pocketing your money and then disappearing. I got a tattoo treatment done by Emily, loved her, but as soon as I came to my appointment the receptionist was on her phone and didn’t greet my sister and I. As a former receptionist it saddens me that she couldn’t do a simple receptionist task such as greeting the clients, letting us know to sign papers to get the tattoo done etc etc. Call me a Karen idc, some people don’t have jobs rn the least you can do is DO your job. I felt a cold mood as soon as I got in. Other than that complaint I enjoyed my time with Emily :)
